ALL ATHLETES SHOULD BE COMPETENT IN BURPEE OVER BAR/BOX, RUN, ROW, SHOULDER TAPS, BOX JUMP/STEP UPS AND SIT UPS.
All movements are to games standards, ie, full lock out of elbows hips and knees where required, we are crossfitters not F45. Don’t try and shorten the movements, that just puts pressure on your judges who are volunteers and don’t need the hassle. So do your box and yourself proud and complete each movement as described.
